Refund Policy

Credits

Video credits never expire. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, as long as fewer than 20% of the credits have been used.

Failed generations

Failed generations never cost you credits. If a clip fails after payment was deducted, the credits are returned automatically — if you spot a case we missed, contact us and we'll fix it.

How to request

Email support@storyboard-video.com with your purchase email and order ID. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
